Moby K Babu is founder and Managing Director of eConz. He holds 11 years of experience in the field of sales and marketing and shoulders the responsibility for balancing growth and stability of the Organization through partnerships and strategic alliances. It is his long-term plans and focuses which turned eConz into an organization that provides efficient global delivery capabilities. His diligence and his academic approach to work, as well as his accessibility and his unassuming demeanor are always applauded by all our associates. The passion towards the IT started within him from his college days as a student of B. Tech from Open University of British Columbia. While in college, he was an active athlete and accomplished many accolades. In addition to his B. Tech degree, he completed Bachelors degree in Commerce from M. G. University to set a firm foot towards the entrepreneur dream. Currently he also serves as the Director (New Generations), Rotary International, Bangalore.
JACOB JOSEPH
VP – Operations
IT Savvy professional with rich expertise of over 18 years in the field of Project Management, Quality Management, Project Transition and IT Support Services. He has been instrumental in developing and implementing strategic quality initiatives for large and complex offshore and onsite programs & projects adhering to global standards. He was involved in the introduction and implementation of QA methodologies – CMM, CMMi, ISO 9001:2000, ISO 20000-1, ISO 27001, HIPAA, COPC, PCMM and is a six-sigma trained champion and certified Black Belt holder. After graduating from Bangalore University in Bachelor of Engineering, he has worked with organisations of repute such as Bajaj Auto, Apcosoft InfoTech, Hinduja Global Services, and AXA Technologies in the senior management cadre, before joining eConz IT Services.
DOLLY NEENA
VP - Corporate
She is a serial entrepreneur, who holds an overall experience of 9 years in different spheres like Training, Customer Support, Sales and Marketing, Retail Management, Quality Testing, Operations, Administration, Recruitment and HR services. Worked with names like IBM, Astrazeneca, Belkin, Microland, Convergys, FedEx, ICICI, SKY and held key positions. She is also a consultant trainer who specialises in Behavioural skills and communication enhancement. Also very keen in writing, has worked as Editor and Copy Writer for several magazines in South India. For studies, she specialized in Phonetics, Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Public Relationship and Entrepreneurship Development.

He is an MBA holder in Marketing and Human Resource. He has done his Bachelors in Computer Science. He is proficient in Software and programming languages like java, C, C++, databases and major Operating systems. He was working as a District sales Manager with Getit Online Services, before joining at eConz. He has an experience of 5 years in the field.

He is an MBA holder in Marketing and Finance. He obtained his Bachelors in Computer Science. He is proficient in Hardware and programming languages like java and C, C++, databases and major Operating systems. He holds an advance diploma in financial accounting and is certified for Hardware maintenance & engineering and JAVA2 web programming. Before joining with eConz, he was working as a District sales Manager with Getit Online services. He has a total 5 years of experience in the field.
Mr. SHRINATH BANGERA
DGM - Mangalore & Goa
Shrinath Bangera holds an MBA in Marketing from MSNM PG Studies Mangalore. As hard-core marketing personnel, he owns the credit of capturing the Mangalore business market with a business magazine. He was recognized as the young business prospect of the year accounting his business management, networking and marketing abilities. Today at eConz, he handles the portfolio of business development in Mangalore, Goa and Southern regions of Karnataka.
Ms. PREETHI C PETER
HR Manager
Preethi C. Peter has over 9 years of extensive experience in the HR related activities of the IT and services industry. She has handled various roles for corporates like IBM, Dell Perot Systems, Tech Mahindra etc., in HR business process outsourcing, staffing and enabling transformation of client business. As the person responsible for the HR and Staffing initiatives of the company, she plays a major role in formulating operational policies, emphasizing on process excellence to leverage the most qualitative output within a robust system. Preethi has Master Degrees in Business Administration and Sociology. Her focus areas include Staffing, Client Services, Human capital and Quality.
