General Management

What do we expect?

  • Overall responsibility for Budgeting, Accounting, Reporting & Financial Analysis of the Business. Supporting Business Manager for cash flow and revenue management
  • Build a robust process that supports revenue analytics for the Organization.
  • Closely work with the external auditors in ensuring accurate financial reporting and maintaining the business’s integrity in the industry.
  • Liaison with various business verticals in the Organization to get an overview of revenues and cost
  • Provide technical accounting expertise and guidance to business’s financial operations and management.
  • Team Player with excellent people management skills
  • Working knowledge of applicable statutory legislations & regulations
  • Coordinate with external auditors for taxation and auditing purposes
  • Overlooking the accounting practice and implementing the best practices

How do we expect you to do it?

  • Providing financial advice and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action
  • Periodic forecasting and budgeting for the business.
  • Generating profitability reports and advising on investment strategies and activities
  • Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
  • Creating credit policy for the organisation and ensuring its smooth alignment and implementation across the client base.
  • Manage business administration functions for all the business verticals in the organisation.
  • Develop trends and projections for the organisation’s finances - conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
  • Coordination for legal agreements and reconciliations.
  • Must manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate accounting and financial process are followed in the organisation
  • Maintain hierarchy and scalability in chart of accounts and accuracy in the general ledger and financial statements

Do you fit in?

  • Qualified CA and MBA Finance/Accounting & Law.
  • 5+years in the relevant field.
  • Have an ease with accounting tools like Zohobooks (Add on), Tally ERP, SAP etc. Familiarity with IT based industries and use of collaborative tools
  • Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA will be an added advantage
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent Advanced Excel skills.
  • Represent the company in events, conferences etc.

How do we expect you to do it?

  • Troubleshoot problems reported by users and analyze and isolate issues.
  • Proactively monitor product/services/site performance, uptime, availability and analyze logs / metrics.
  • User Management- Keeping a log of all the employees (create, maintain, edit and deletion)
  • Maintain smooth operation of computer systems, including coordination with network, software, chromebook, desktop, end users, application Owners.
  • Hardware Assembling, Troubleshooting of Computers, Laptop’s, Chromebook, Printers.
  • Troubleshooting all types of hardware,software and network LAN related issues where in providing good support for internal clients of the organizations.
  • Handling the escalations from the internal and external customer.
  • Installation of Windows OS, MS Office, Service Packs, software’s and Third Party Applications etc.
  • Installed & configured various Antivirus software as per customer requirements.
  • Working with vendors for purchasing / renting laptops and desktops.
  • Upgrade systems with new releases and models
  • Support determination of local customer needs for yearly budgeting process and request for proposal processes.
  • Supporting G-Suite team at initial level client support by emails, calls.

Do you fit in?

  • Any B.Tech / BE graduate
  • Minimum 1 year experience with good understanding and knowledge of software and hardware.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing.
  • Hands on Experience as a System Administrator, IT Administrator or similar role
  • Knowledge on configuration of operating system laptop / desktop.
  • Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems), DLP and data backup/recovery
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving attitude
  • Knowledge on mailing solutions like G-Suite, O-365 etc.
